hello guy's
i have a problem in my launchpad ...
i had befor quick n' easy web builder 3 installed on my iMac and later i donwloaden from the app store quick 'n easy web builder 4, and now i have a copy icon from quick 'n easy web builder 3 also in my launchpad and i can't remove or delete it... i try everything, like push alt buttom to shake the icons in the launchpad but i can't delete it like that way, also not remove it with clean my mac 3 :(
anybody know a different way to delete the copy icon from my launchpad?

Click on the program in Launchpad. If nothing happens, open Launchpad again and it should have a question mark on it. You can remove it now. Restarting the computer sometimes helps too. If the application opens, then it is not correctly uninstalled.

It is possible to ‘reset’ Launchpad if nothing else works, but then you will lose your custom arrangement. You can do it with this Terminal command:

i try the code in the terminal "
defaults write com.apple.dock ResetLaunchPad -bool true && killall Dock "
it works,its gone the copy icon from quick 'n easy web builder 3!
