How to Remove Actication Lock On Sold iPhone?

I had sold my iPhone to someone few months ago. Now he is facing activation lock problem on that phone. I had removed that device from my account using my phone but it still showing fmi on of that device.

I don’t want to give him my account and password. If anybody know how to solve this problem then please help me.

You will have to take the phone back. No way to do it without credentials.
