I have a problem, I want to remove album art in my iTunes songs. Here's a screenshot:

Notice at the top below the close buttons? There is no album image there, usually there would be, and I would just click on it then Edit > Cut. But I can't work out how to get rid of them.

Can someone point me in the right direction please? I'd be so grateful.

Thanks.

The screencap that you posted is of a Finder "Get Info" window... it's not iTunes, and can't really be used to manage your iTunes library (including artwork management).

The method suggested by "swiftaw" in the previous comment should work... make sure that you're working from within iTunes though!

deleting album art from ENTIRE album in itunes

I have successfully deleted art from single songs but have not been able to remove the art for an entire album. Please advise! Thanks!

There's two methods:
If the artwork was downloaded from the iTunes Store, right-click the tracks and select "Clear Downloaded Artwork".
If the artwork is embedded, select the album, right-click and select "Get Info". Select the checkbox next to the artwork panel (which will appear blank), and click OK.
