How to remove artifacts/ghosts from iPad

I have artifacts (ghosts) in Pages, that when I try tp open them, I am advised they no longer exist.

I would delete/trash them but they can't be moved to the Trash because they don't exist.

Is there any way to clear/delete these artifacts from my iPad?
