How to remove flag from the enter password window

The keyboard flag appeared in the enter password window title bar after I played around with some settings. Now I can't find a way to remove it! It didn't use to be there and I don't want it there!

Uncheck : "Show Input menu in login window"

It works for the login window and the one you show.
