Can you please tell me how to remove FrootVPN OpenVPN from iOS device? Thank you.

If you don't want it you can remove it. How did these show up on your device to begin with?

Because I installed Open VPN app and then FrootVPN profile.

You should be able to remove the profiles as well from Settings > General > Profiles
