It's probably another spam notification from a website.

Have you tried Malwarebytes?
It's a free download.
It works for 30 days (I think).
Then, it will ask you to register (for the "paid version").
YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THAT.
Instead, just "convert it" to the FREE version and keep using it.
The difference between the paid and free version is that the paid version runs "in the background", in real time.
The free version runs only when you launch it.
But... that's good enough for me.
