I would wipe it down with isopropyl rubbing alcohol.
@UbuntuFu 's idea is great. Most perfumes use alcohol as a solvent. This means that they will solve in the alcohol like salt solves in water, and should be removed best that way. On the other hand, water is also a polar substance, so should work too, even if not as well. Macbook pro's body should have s surface of exposed aluminium oxide, with shouldn't react with the perfume. So it should come out. It will for sure not react with water, soap, nor alcohol, so they are all safe to use. Just be sure you are not getting any of these liquids into the keyboard (and it's inside the keyboard's valley use only alcohol).
