I have a VIDEO_TS folder of a ripped DVD that I want to burn for the US Region. The DVD has no copy protection but has a Region Code other than 1 i.e. US. I'm looking for an application that I can point to the VIDEO_TS folder and have it remove the Region Code. Anyone know of such a program? I know there are ones on the Windows side but I'm looking for a Mac only solution.

You need to make your DVD drive region free (or switch your drive's region code to that of your DVD).
Check this site: http://xvi.rpc1.org/
Then use a tool like iRipit to extract the DVD or maybe better use Handbrake/VLC to convert it to a mp4 or m4v file.
