Let's see... my iPod nano ended up getting scratched until the metal was showing, and there's not really a good way to repair it without replacing the case (Which is possible). You could always go over the scratches with a high-quality paint until the scratch isn't visible anymore, but it might not look very good.
 
Great man, that was great, finally i NOW KNOW THE WAY TO REMOVE SCRATCHES from my Ipod nano2. I think by this method scratches from other devices can also be removed.
