How to remove the "cloud" status off an app from the App Store?

is there a way to make so that if I go to the App Store on my iPhone and there is an App I already downloaded and removed this status can be reset as it was never downloaded before?

Go into the App store, select your Purchased list, locate the app in question and select "hide" by either long pressing or slide left.
