I tried the users/libiary/com.apple.timemachine preference file delete but still would not reset time machine preference this after I have empty trash. What else can I do cause for my first backup on a thunderbolt drive with 300GB of data it says it will take over 3days even more if done on a time capsule using my wifi.

Do you not want to back up the 300GB to time machine, ever?

If you do want the 300GB backed up, then just let it run its course. The first backup is always slow, but after that the hourly backups complete in a minute or two.
