How to resize image size, fast reply needed please !

I need to send a High resolution Photo I have taken to a Publisher, as they are considering printing it, but Mac Mail keeps saying the max file can be 34.0MB.
Can lightroom export it in filesize, or what is the other method of doing this, without zip, or losing the quality ?

Ask the publisher if they have an ftp server. Most places that accept images/big uploads usually have ftp.

Yes, the only way to send large files is by using an FTP or consumer variations of it like the ones mentioned above.
