iPhone How to restore BiteSMS license

I am trying to apply a license to a new device with no luck. I don't have a Paypal account, so when I bought the license I chose the pay with debit card option.

What can I do? It doesn't recognize my email address since I don't have a Paypal account. I do have the email receipt though.
