How to restore from icloud ?

experts,

i have ip4, with iOS 5 and so i have setup icloud. and iclud had taken some of my photos as backup.

i have restored my iphone 4 again, but at the set up time, i set it up as new iphone.

now, if i go to icloud, i could see there is 88 MB of data for my Camera Roll. How do i restore back to my iphone ? i dont find any option to restore backup.

please let me know..thanks

Thank you All, I did found this Reset option. and i did it, then set it up from icloud backup. but so far nothing...it might take some time may be ! or looks like when i connect my iphone to itune or power, it might start downloading my photos..
