The notes app was deleted off of my wife's iPhone (by our 5year old) and unluckily she had notes that were not on the iCloud part of the note app
I have a semi recent (2 months ago) iTunes backup and was wondering if there is an app or tool to restore ONLY Notes from the iTunes backup?
The only thing I found in my search was this but have no idea if it is good:

She stored notes from our kids ever since they were born so if I have to spend $$ on an app or software that is no problem!
