how to restore need help

hey all,

so i was trying to downgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 so i can activate my ootb 1.1.2 iphone. i managed to downgrade to 1.1.1 and installed app tapp and then the phone just stuck on the activate with itunes screen on the iphone and nothing happened after waiting 5 minutes.... is there any way to restore and start again??

please let me know.
