I have a friend accidentally deleted the iOS file app how can he retrieve it back ?

Try re-download from App Store (you can retrieve any deleted built-in apps from Apple)

Solved , because the iOS was in 11.1.2 strangely in the App Store can’t find the app but after update to 11.2 it appeared /
