What is the easiest and fastest way to go back to Catalina? I've got Time Machine backup made just before update. Should I download the installer or is backup enough? If I need installer, where to get it? Are there any repercussions? I've read somebody rolled back and App Store refused to download apps on Catalina.

1. Although you cannot roll back directly, but you can still download the installer via App Store. Click below link and let it download.

2. It will appear in Application.
3. Use Disk Creator to create a bootable USB
4. Press 'Option/Alt' key at boot, select Catalina Installer to boot.
5. I opt for clean install, thus I deleted all partition to have a fresh start.

I have just done that for my MacBook 2017.
