How to Run Vista on an external drive

Hello everyone, I am planning on buying a new macbook pro when they are released. I am wondering if I can install a copy of Vista onto an eternal drive and plug that into my Macbook Pro and run Vista. I'm not sure what program to use, if there is one, so if someone could help me out that would be great.

Microsoft doesn't support installing any version of Windows on external drives - it hasn't stopped some people from trying. Good luck with that.
