How to save photo from email?

If someone sends a photo to me via email, is there a way to save that photo in my galleries? This seems like such a basic function but I cannot figure it out. I'm looking at the email and the photo is visible but touching it or anywhere does not bring up a save option.

That's weird..... Touching the photo until an option menu pops up works for me.

Duh! Thank you for the tip. That worked. I thought I had tried everything but I must not have touched long enough. As a long-time Windows users I'm aching for a right-touch.
