How to schedule iMessage to send an image at a later time?

Hello all,

I'm trying to figure out how to schedule iMessage to send a photo at a later time. I've seen the shortcuts to send a text-based message, but I can't figure out how to send an image instead. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
