Hi,

I'm sure someone has asked this but I couldn't find it. How can I search for cardio exercise (for a beginner) in Fitness+?

There is no Magnifying Glass icon in the app.

This is very old but there is no cardio section, and no search. There is a dance section (which basically is zumba which is cardio), there is the treadmill (also cardio), cycling (also cardio)...there is HIIT for beginners too...basically the search is by categories not by word, for beginners under Workout programs there is a beginner selection.

There is no cardio specific search, but HIIT and Dance will be a good cardio workout.
If you have equipment then I guess cycling or rowing would be good options too.

I started with HIIT as it was an easy entry and there is a good range of options from beginner classes to 10, 20 and 30 minute workouts.
I mostly do 20 minute workouts and find them very good.

Have fun, hope you enjoy the workouts.
