iCloud How to see hidden files in iCloud?

I have a backup of my WhatsApp chats stores within my iCloud that I cannot locate to delete. After doing a Google, I understand that these files are defaulty hidden due to privacy - so how can I locate them to delete the backup?

I am a little OCD when it comes to organisation, and me not being able to locate these files are driving me insane. 😅

I also have a 1Password backup that I would like to locate to delete, but again, I can't because it's hidden.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
