I've read all about the APFS encrypted volumes bug that displays your drive password as a hint, but what I haven't seen is anyway to determine if you're affected by the bug. In other words - I don't think I have a hint on my (encrypted) boot disk but can't be sure; how do I find out?
I'd rather not follow Apple's recommended remedy (including wiping & restoring your data) if I really don't need to ...
