You are fortunate to be in LA if you want to sell. Lots of potential buyers in a small radius for pickup at your home or a convenient meeting place. You will avoid all the packing/shipping/insurance issues and have a cash or verified funds transaction. Advertise in your local NextDoor type neighborhood groups or area-wide publication.

If you want to do a long range sale, try the MacRumors sale site if you are eligible.

Try Facebook Marketplace. I sell all my computers and audio equipment over FB Marketplace. Sometimes, for HOT items, take only a few mins to sell them. Just make sure to sell only to those with FB profiles and DO NOT accept Zelle payments if not in person.

You won't have any problem selling them easily close to MSRP, as they are out off stock with 7-9 week backlog on orders last time I checked Apple store.

If you ordered them together in the same order, you have 14 days from the date you received the last item in the order. I confirmed this with customer service when my Mac Studio was going to take much longer to arrive than my display.

Is Swappa safe?
Yes but that's why you have to take it out of the box. Follow the instructions carefully. You must take pictures of the device with the SN... and the listing must be approved by Swappa. I've sold a Macbook Pro there and numerous phones. If I don't trade in a device with Apple, that's where I go to resell it.

Be sure to call Apple and ask if they'll make an exception.

the problem is I receive the Mac studio last Friday then I add family emergency that I had to fly home to Barbadoss .. I won’t be back in time to return before the 14 days period. I already had the display for 2 weeks before I got the Mac studio.. this trip had me use my money that I was going to pay off my credit card bill plus I’m missing work so .. that why I need to sell

I got mine (MS 32MB/1TB, SD VESA Nano) in exasperation during the endless wait for a 27" AS iMac ...thinking I'd just 'trade it in' once the 27" gets released. Surprised to find apple won't accept the Mac Studio/Studio Display towards any trade in.

Maybe the trade-in availability will change once a 'gen 2' model is released??? (but not holding my breath). Until then, looks like private sales (CL/eBay/etc) are our only choice.
