I think emailing them is the only option. You can email a photo directly from the iPhone.

I've tried this over and over and it doesn't work for me. I tried sending on to my own cell phone number and I never get a message telling me to go to viewmymessage.com or anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Let's say my phone number is 661-555-1234

I would send it to 6615551234@mms.mycingular.com, right?

My apologies, it is now mms.att.net. Fixed my original posting as well.
Try that, I know it works providing the receiver has MMS. If you sent it to yourself to your iPhone you'll get the "viewmymessage" url regardless. The iPhone is incapable of receiving and sending traditional MMSs, as you know.
