my old iphone 4s has issues connecting to a laptop. I would like to be able to send video from my iphone 4s to my computer. I was able to do this with a few videos by going to camera, clicking on the video and then click it where i send it via email to my yahoo mail. I saw in my yahoo mail, that the videos are sent from my gmail. It says sent from iphone as well in the email. The thing though is these videos that i sent via email, they are very short and thus not much issues.

However, i have a few videos i recorded on my iphone 4s where its around 3 minutes or more and thus big. How would i be able to do this? I saw an error that said the file was over 100mb as well. Basically i cannot connect my iphone to my laptop and want to transfer files from my camera to it.

Does anyone have any advice on this? Basically have just 2 videos or so that are a bit more than 3 minutes etc. Thanks.

Do you have a Dropbox, Google Drive (Gmail), Box or OneDrive (Outlook.com) account? You can send individual videos to those cloud storage apps and then download to the computer via the corresponding Windows or Mac app...or even just from the website access.

when i do this by email, i get message

"Attachment is over 100mb"

"You must connect to a Wi-Fi network to send this attachment

I am on wifi.

I have dropbox on my iphone 4s. Is there any difference between dropbox and the other ones? Its taking very long to upload at the moment. Im not sure how big this file is but its around 3 minutes and i know its more than 100mb.

It should work fine to share the video file then over Dropbox and depending on your internet speed over WIFI (and where the router is and you are with your 4s) it shouldn't take too long to get the video(s) uploaded. You might also be able to send multiple video files through the Workflow app via this or this script.
