Do I have to do that with all of my devices?
Yes, I don't think there's a way to set all devices to mute remotely.

If you want to switch back and forth, you can make a shortcut or automation to set your iPhone and watch mute on/off at the same time. But if you are just going to do this once, then it's too much trouble to create a shortcut for just that one time.

Thanks for the advice.

An example from the sleep tracking toggle one I use from Siri Shortcuts:

To add silent mode toggle to Siri Shortcuts only iPhones with action buttons 15 Pro and 16 series and newer can do that.

You can create a shortcut that states that when X focus mode is activated, the device switches to vibrate mode (and another shortcut that makes it go back to ringer mode once the focus mode is deactivated). You can then enable the shortcuts on every relevant device and set your focus modes to sync between devices.
