How to set up "Hey Siri" on AirPods 2?

I just got my AirPods 2 and during the setup I skipped setting up Hey Siri? Now I can't figure out where to do it. I searched Apple's site, and this page just says "If you haven't set up "Hey Siri" already and you have AirPods (2nd generation), you'll be guided through the setup." but doesn't say how to set it up after.

in settings go to siri and search.

I’m having issues where hey Siri doesn’t work with the new AirPods. What steps can I take to fix this?

I figured it out. You have to enable Siri on lock screen.
