Hi,
I don't have a T-Mobile account. I want to setup T-Zones on my iPhone. I'm going to install it through the installer under tweaks.
I ordered a SIM activation kit online for $4.99, that I think activates the SIM and associates it with a prepaid account. I figured that T-Zones has to be linked to an account and the cheapest one is the prepaid. I went to T-Mobile today to check my status and the lady there said that she doesn't think that you can get T-Zones with a prepaid account.
I've looked around and all the tutorials tell about how to configure the iPhone to work with T-Zones, but how do you sign up for it?

Thanks,
Tom

Pre-paid tmobile has a different t-zone (it's very limited, with about 5 websites - but it's free, and works with the iphone) from the monthly accounts, and you can't buy the $5.99 t-zone on a pre-paid account. It's just not possible.

More info on tmobile pre-paid accounts can be found here.

I'm looking to get T-Zones with the proxy loophole. I just want full internet with preferably no phone plan. But now I'm understanding that the full internet is only available if it is paired with a phone plan. Is that right?
Can you buy a SIM card for a plan without a phone? Like say that you have an old T-Mobile phone and just need the new SIM.
And if I've unlocked, jailbroke, and activated the phone, all I have to do is stick the SIM card in and it should be ready, right?

Yes, you should be able to buy a SIM without a phone, but you still need a plan associated with that SIM, the 5.99 T-zones is an add-on to a monthly plan.
