iPhone How to silent iPhone?

Since iOS 9 Beta 1, the slider on the iPhone rotates the iPhone screen and not silent. How to silent it please? On Beta 3

The switch on the side? It should be for muting it. Have you tried restarting your phone?

Yep the switch on the side unlocks the lock rotation completely, and nothing on mute. Thought i'd be the only one in this boat. Yep restarted and done the home and power button thingy too!

EDIT: Reset all settings just fixed this
