Like many of you I too have a large number of Apps. I frequently use the slider to switch off or on to allow the App to use cellular data. The listing of Apps is neither alphabetical, nor by any order of data consumption, nor when last used. What is the order of sequencing? (Settings-cellular-cellular data). Can I search for an App there or even change the order of the App listing? If not, are there alternative Apps that can allow me to do the same thing? Thanks for responding.

On mine, it's first in consumption order, then the ones that have not used any cellular are in alphabetical order.

Eg. Here's the transition from usage to alphabetical on mine.

Oh, and: just search for app name in Settings. Tap app to go to the app's settings, where there should be the cellular on/off switch.
