I'm in a group chat with 5 other iPhone users. If someone sends an audio message, we can all listen to it, but one member of the group chat always shows that they "Kept" the audio file. They didn't do it by the conventional route of pressing and selecting save. It just is auto saving. How to stop this?

She is on Sprint running 10.3.2 and has audio message set to expire never and raise to listen on. Any suggestions?

Yes. Tried that and it worked... but then mine showed as "kept" even though I was set to "never expire" and hadn't changed any of my settings.
