I bet this is an easy one, but I'm new to Mac

I have upgraded my second-hand iBook to Tiger. I'd like to consign Internet Explorer to the bin and use Safari, but IE automatically runs on boot-up

How can I stop this happening?

Thanks

If it's in the System Preferences, under User Accounts and Login Items, remove it.

Otherwise just use Spotlight to find everything with Explorer in it and drag them to the trash. ;)
