How to stop Siri Suggestion widget from appearing in stack?

2. Siri sticks an unwanted “suggestion” widget into your stack

3. Edit stack and remove “Siri Suggestion” widget

4. Widget reappears a little while later??

When you Edit Stack, there is an option lower-right for "Widget Suggestions" - is that disabled?

Hey I don’t have the widget suggestions or the smart rotate button. What’s gives? On iPad OS 15. Maybe this setting is somewhere else on iPad? This thing is driving me nuts!

Jesus, this is the one of the many stupid things they put into ios. I had to google how to disable this. Frankly anything that auto suggests anything is beyond infuriating.
