How to stream audio to multiple Apple TVs from iPhone?

Now that Airplay 2 supports multi-room audio I would like to stream music to the two Apple TVs I have but I can't figure out how to stream to multiple outputs from the iPhone. What am I missing? Thanks for any help!

Airplay 2 support is still not released yet along with iMessage iCloud syncing and Apple Pay Cash. There are signs of it coming in iOS 11.2 beta and most think it will be released alongside the HomePod in December.
