iOS How to submit iphone application to app store ?

I am new to Forum,

can any one help me to solve my issue ?

i want to submit application lets say its own my server like :
http://www.mysite.com/apps/myfirstapplication

i have paid account details of http://developer.apple.com/iphone

where i can submit application manually by following step by step precoss.

I want to convert this manual process into php script.

Is it possible with CURL or any other features in php ?

i had login into apple developer and adcweb with php script.
i can access now itunes pages like add new application page.
