iOS How to submit paid application via iTunes connect??

Can any one just tell me how to submit a paid application via iTunes Connect.

There are two options in iTunes connect.

Manage Your Applications
Add, view, and manage your applications in the iTunes Store.

Manage Your In App Purchases
Create and manage In App Purchases for paid applications.

If i submit the app via first way and set the pricing will it affect nything???
And if yes then wht ???

The former is for submitting and managing apps, the latter is for managing in-app purchases. You want the former.
