macOS how to sum numbers using NSTableview?

hi everyone.

I am using NSTableView and Core Data and would like to sum numbers from two columns and show it in third column. Like this:

what is the easiest way to do this?

something like Cell.text on the two adjacent cells?

is there no way to do this in Table Column Bindings / Value Transformer (like we do for column: @sum, @count, etc.) or maybe in xcdatamodel?

can someone provide solution? i would be very grateful.
