Hi everyone,

My Apple Music student subscription runs out soon so I'd like to switch to a "normal" subscription after the last payment period where I'm still a student. However, I don't see the option for that. I can only switch to the family plan and the voice plan. Am I missing something? Could someone please help me?

Thanks in advance.

If I recall, the subscription should renew to the regular pricing automatically when your student discount will expire. The reason you don’t see the individual plan is because you’re already on it, only with a discount for now

Thank you. Yeah, that would indeed be great. I was just afraid that the subscription runs out completely (and I don't know what would happen with my library and my playlists then). But if it automatically switches instead of running out that would be awesome.

From Apple: "If you're no longer a student or if you complete 48 months of a student subscription, your subscription automatically becomes an Apple Music individual subscription"

Awesome, thanks a lot for the clarification.
