how to switch phone number between two iphone 4

my wife and I both use iphone 4, now I wanna switch to my wife's iphone 4 while keeping my phone number because her iphone 4 has 32gb storage and I almost ran out of my 16gb .

How should I do that? I was trying to use needle to pop sim card out but it's hard to get it out. should I call ATT to switch?

Use a paper clip and press a little harder. That's the easiest way.

If you call AT&T they will tell you to go to the store, and that you will need new sim cards.
