I am able to sync my exchange calendars and contacts with my iPhone 4. How do I do it with my macbook pro?

Is there a way I can sync my exchange calendars and contacts on iCloud? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No way to directly sync an Exchange account with iCloud…you may be able to find some way using google or another "third-party" server.

As for getting the Exchange server account on your MacBook, go to System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars>click "+" sign at bottom, select Microsoft Exchange, and enter your information. Once set up, your Exchange Server data will be visible on your Mac, but not on the cloud.

One caveat: I'm not sure what OS you need to have to have the options I've described in the Preference Pane; maybe someone else will come in on that.

Good luck.
