How to sync without loosing JB apps

How can I sync my iPhone (just bought it) that hase plenty of JB´s apps, without losing them in the process.

Also, how can I extract songs from iPhone and add them to iTunes?

If you mean sync, then you can do that and never lose any apps.

If you mean restore, well thats more complicated.

Well the deal is that I had an iPhone that I trade in for this one.
The new one has apps that the other didn´t so I want to sync this new iPhone with my previous set up, but without loosing the new apss and songs that this one has...

At least not the apps... which are JB apps... not iTune store apps
