Hi experts,
I have a Macbook Pro.I instaled Windows XP in it. Now I need to take screen shots. I dont have the windows keyboard "prnt screen" option nor can i use the Mac keyboard shortcuts! is there a way out?

The best application for Windows seems to be SnagIT an it cost money. An equally pleasant and more pleasantly still, free! one is Faststone - try a google on Faststone. :)

Another solution would be to use the on-screen keyboard: All Programs - Accessories - Accessability - On Screen Keyboard (I think..?)

However, you'll only want to use this when you want to crop a certain section of a screenshot and not have the entire desktop in there, otherwise the onscreen keyboard will be visible in your screenshot.

I use input remapper. By default it's fn+eject. There also is a free screenshot program for windows I've used before, but I can't seem to remember what it's called. If I remember, I'll post it.

f12 or f14. I think its an even number. Try them all out...should take that long.

Y'all could do the following:

[COMMAND] + [SHIFT] + 3


OR


[COMMAND] + [SHIFT] + 4 + [SPACEBAR] + (Use the mouse pad and button to select contents)
