How to teach Siri new words?

I saw a demo on TechCrunch where the guy dictated the word "TechCrunch" and Siri got it exactly right. Yet I dictate company names of people in my contacts list (e.g. Steve works at SuperCo or whatever), and it never gets it right. Is there some way to do this that I'm not aware of?
