Hi, all. My apologies in advance for this newbie question. I just bought a pre-owned iPhone SE (2nd-gen) off eBay. It was owned by the seller with good reviews, and the phone itself is absolutely clean with a new battery. When I received the phone, however, I realized that I did not ask the seller she had done all the things that should be done before selling the phone.

The phone seems to have been reset (please see the picture). Does that mean the phone is signed out of previous owner's iCloud/AppleID account, and Find My iPhone is turned off? I asked the seller, but I did not get a reply. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Set it up and find out.
Try to enter your own Apple ID and set up Find My. If it’s still linked to someone else - it will tell you.

Sorry for the delay in response. Thank you so much for the comment - I could set it up with no issues!

Coming from the SE 1st-gen, it is noticeably faster, so I'm happy.

One thing I noticed when I was resetting the old phone - I think you can sign off iCloud and AppleID just by choosing "Erase All Content and Settings".

Thanks again!
