How to tether iPod touch over Bluetooth to a 3G cellphone

I was wondering if I could use BT to make my cellphone a modem to tether to my touch. The PSPgo is able to do it and I was wondering if there was a way to get the touch to as well. Do I have to jailbreak it?

WMWifiRouter might work for what you are trying to do.

To do this you need support for the dial up networking bluetooth profile and it's my understanding that the Touch does not support this, although I'm not sure whether that's a software or a hardware limitation.
