I imagine that Adobe Photoshop would be the most common way. Find a stock image of an iMac (or take a picture of your own) and use Photoshop to insert the screenshot of your choice.

I expect that Pixelmator will probably be able to do the same sort of thing, and will be cheaper if you're looking to make a purchase.
 
As above the iMac isnt really sitting in front of that wall. Any photo editing software that uses layers will do it. Obviously you could do it without but you'd struggle with lighting.
 
I found it, it's called mockup and idd, my best bet will be a .PSD file
