How to totally delete an Email

What can I do to delete an email on my iPhone so my real gmail email account will the same email automatically?

Have you set it up as IMAP? If so, then go to the advanced settings for that account on your iphone, then touch "deleted mailbox" under "mailbox behaviours", and select the one called "Trash" under the [Google Mail] header. Pretty sure this should do it. That's what mine is one and it works.
